Refund and Returns Policy

At GCO PRODUCTS, we follow a strict return and exchange policy as outlined below:

1. No Return After Sale

Goods once sold will not be taken back, as all products are supplied only after customer confirmation regarding specifications, quantity, and suitability.

2. No Return for Delivery Delays

Goods will not be accepted for return due to any delay in delivery caused by the courier or carrier service, as delivery timelines are dependent on third-party logistics providers.

3. Replacement Policy

  • Goods that are under warranty or

  • Goods having a fitment problem

will be eligible for replacement only, subject to verification and approval by GCO PRODUCTS.

Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

4. Inspection & Approval

All replacement requests must be raised within the warranty period and may require images, videos, or physical inspection before approval.

5. Final Decision

The decision of GCO PRODUCTS regarding returns, exchanges, or replacements shall be final and binding.
